Accurate Feed is an end-to-end feedlot management system that connects purchasing, feed programs, inventory, mixing, delivery, animal records, and abattoir reconciliation into one coherent workflow. It’s designed to improve animal performance, reduce waste, and give managers real-time visibility across pens, rations, and devices.
From purchase consignment to final reconciliation, the platform links every kilogram of feed and every action to the relevant mix, batch, pen, and individual animal record. Built-in dashboards, audit trails, and role-based access control help standardize operations, ensure compliance, and support data-driven decisions.
Accurate Feed supports feedlot operators striving for Q-Sure accreditation, which demonstrates adherence to Good Management Practices that ensure consumer, environmental, and animal welfare requirements are met consistently. With detailed tracking, analytics, and audit-friendly records, the platform enables seamless compliance with Q-Sure standards.
By aligning your operations today, you’ll be well-positioned for Q-Sure assessment when ready. Accurate Feed lays the ground for a smooth audit process.

Mixing ensures all feed ingredients are blended according to a prescribed recipe and in accordance with a set feed program, to achieve the right nutritional balance for livestock.
Stock management, batch control and accurate recoding of ingredients per mix, is crucial to ensure traceability. Accurate mixing improves efficiency and animal health.
A feed day may consist of a number of feed sessions, during which a variety of rations must be delivered to various pens. Pens can be grouped based on something like geographic location, so that delivery machines can focus on delivering in one area before loading feed for pens in a different pen group.
Feed programs are designed to have feed steps i.e., Starter (day-1 to day-21), Grower (day-22 to day-90), Finisher (day-91 to day-120). Each pen wil have a preloaded calendar to indicate what feed step is applicable for each day and therefor which ration must be fed.
Daily feed allocation for pens records the amount of the specific ration for each pen. This translates into feed instructions for feed delivery machines. These feed instruction are optimized to ensure the minimum number of trips.
Detailed record keeping forms the backbone of an efficient feedlot. Each animal’s feed history, weight progression, health interventions and production milestones must be captured and stored.
These records allow managers to track performance across pens, identify trends early, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards. By digitizing records, data is instantly available for reporting, audits and decision-making.
Accurate records also support traceability: linking every kilogram of feed delivered and consumed back to its source. This guarantees transparency, reduces waste and optimizes profitability.
True traceability goes beyond pen-level data – it tracks the entire lifecycle of each individual animal. From purchase or birth through to abattoir reconciliation, every action is logged and linked to that specific animal’s record.
By connecting feed deliveries, weight gains, medical treatments and movements, managers can answer critical questions instantly: which ration was fed, how much was consumed, and what health interventions were applied.
This individual animal focus not only ensures compliance and transparency but also provides powerful insights into performance, helping identify high-performers, reduce losses, and reassure customers that every product is fully traceable back to its source.
